Out of all the fast food restaurants in our town of Ionia, this is by far the best. Not real fast but that's because everything is made fresh. We haven't had any orders come out wrong. 2 of us can eat there for less than 20. The menu is quite extensive too.

Great customer service! Had a small issue with my order and they corrected it quickly and the staff is so polite. Food was good as well, and the restaurant was clean

Summer served an associate and me today, and let me tell you that she brightened both of our days. I have eaten at this establishment numerous times and no Culvers crew team member has treated me with such kindness.

The service here is amazing! The place is always clean, and now, the dining room is back open again! If you choose to dine in, there is a sign-in sheet to fill out for contact-tracing. They also have outside dining. The “Curd-side Delivery” service is quick and convenient. Some of the best burgers you will get at a fast-food joint. The Chicken tenders are good too. I always enjoy Culvers, fish dinner or shrimp basket. Not to mention their burgers. Their customer service is great and I haven't been disappointed yet!
